Beautiful FoxTrot Example

Continuing with some of my previous posts providing examples of the beautiful dances you can learn with ballroom lessons I have an example of the FoxTrot being performed by world class ballroom dancers.

Watching international competitors dance some of these elegant steps makes it look so easy and smooth, of course what we don’t see in this performance is the hours and hours that has gone into their practice with each other.

I doubt any of us are considering a world level competition any time soon for our FoxTrot or any dance, but none the less that doesn’t mean we don’t want to improve.
